Qualification and Experience
The advertised qualification includes Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Health Education or Health Promotion; BS in Nutrition and Dietetics; Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Pharm-D; DPT; BS Molecular Biology or Molecular Medicine; Biotechnology/Biosciences; Microbiology; Psychology; and Food Science & Technology. A Master’s degree in Public Health is preferred. One to two years of relevant community-health, field-survey or immunization experience is preferred, and internships or contractual assignments may be considered where the portal permits.
Job Description
UCIOs will work at union-council level, support immunization and polio-eradication activities, assess field performance, coordinate with communities, maintain records and translate field findings into action. The position requires communication skills, mobility within the assigned area and familiarity with local communities.
