Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate qualification from a recognized institution.
- Age 21 to 40 years; general age relaxation will follow government policy.
- At least one year of post-qualification field-survey experience related to mother and child health, nutrition or immunization is required.
- Applicants should have communication skills, basic computer ability and capacity to work in field conditions.
How to Apply Through STS
- Visit https://apply.sts.net.pk/ and select the advertised SBoS field-staff positions.
- Upload CNIC, domicile, PRC/Form-D, recent photograph, academic documents and experience certificate.
- Pay the PKR 1,500 non-refundable fee through the prescribed Allied Bank or 1-Bill channel and upload the generated challan.
- Submit the online application by 20 November 2026 and save the application form, fee challan and SMS/email record.

The written test will be MCQ-based. Updates about admit slips, test venue and dates will be communicated through the STS portal and SMS. No manual or hard-copy application is accepted.
