▉The fingerlings of catla will be taken care of three business feed and other one control feed(guar) as traditional feed at the pace of 4% body weight.
▉These four eating regimens will be separated into four sections as per 4% body weight. After acclimatization, 15 cross breed fingerlings will be arbitrarily moved to every one of the six aquaria.
▉The mean introductory body weight of fingerlings will be 5-10 g. The feed will be provided at the pace of 4% of wet body weight of the fingerlings all through the a month and a half exploratory period. The feed will be directed twice every day (morning and night) in two equivalent segments.
▉The early daytime taking care of will be done at 8:00 am and the night feed will be applied at 2:00 pm. Two hours after each taking care of, water from the aquaria will be expelled and the unconsumed feed from every aquarium will be gathered in independent petri dishes.
▉Every aquarium will be loaded up with water again following the evacuation of unconsumed feed.
The feed so gathered will be dried in a broiler and gauged. The fingerlings were taken from each duplicate on week after week premise subsequent to expelling water from the aquarium.
▉Measurement of Sampling Fish.
▉Catla fish in every aquarium will be weighed after consistently to check their development (weight, length ,quality and FCR ) exhibitions. An electronic computerized parity will be utilized to their particular aquarium. Before gauging two days the feed will be halted in every aquarium.
▉Water quality parameters.
▉Water quality parameters, for example, water temperature, PH, saltiness and disintegrated oxygen . These parameters will be observed on everyday schedule.
▉Air circulation will be given to each of the six aquaria through fine system.PH will be observed through PH meter and Dissolved oxygen will be checked through DO meter on regular schedule. Catla fish is eurythermal which become very well at water temperature between 25C to 32C.
▉The base resilience temperature limit for catla fish is 14 C. PH range will be greatest 5.6-7.3.
