School Education Department (SED), Punjab decided to keep the all Teachers record in a soft form and Online so that in future, there should be no need to keep the heavy documents along with Service Books. In this regard DPI (S.E) announced a remarkable notification for the honorable Teachers of Punjab.
According to the Notification (6529/Dir/(Admin)/2020) , DPI (SE) directed all CEO’s of Punjab for the collection of all teachers personnel files, which is described below for the responsible persons. All responsible persons will collect files till 20-10-2020 and after sensitive verification of data, submit it to the higher authorities, so that data updating online can be started in time. Instructions about Primary, Middle, High & Higher Secondary School is listed below.
Note: For photocopy of Documents, must use 80gm or Above weight page.
